Please note that this practice is unneighbourly and creates serious risks, especially in neighborhoods with earth roads and limited drainage infrastructure. Blocking stormwater flow can lead to pooling, erosion, and flooding, causing potential damage to neighboring properties.
To protect everyone’s property, residents are instructed to:
•Allow stormwater to flow naturally through your property as designed to prevent flooding.
•Avoid placing barriers or other obstructions that could disrupt the natural drainage path.
Our team will be conducting inspections, and corrective actions may be taken if necessary.
